He later moved to Hawaii to enjoy his lifelong passion for ocean sports. Here on Maui he was the founding CEO of Betsill Brothers Construction. Both VP of Construction Division and VP of Development Division reported directly to Doyle as BBC grew to rank as the #1 builder on Maui for many years. Construction projects included single family subdivisions, multi-family projects, luxury and affordable custom homes, and tenant improvements at luxury resorts such as Four Seasons Resort at Wailea, Grand Wailea (formerly Grand Hyatt), Kaanapali Alii and Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa. Commercial construction projects included several multi million dollar build outs such as Hope Chapel and Maui Park Plaza. After an extended leave, Doyle has joined Alaula to focus on providing much needed affordable housing to Maui.
