Congratulations to the Hale Kaiola Lottery Participants Randomly Selected Last March

 
 
 

If your name was selected in the lottery, regardless of if you were present for the livestream event, real estate agents from Fine Island Properties and Tri Isle Realty will contact you to regarding home selection, contracts, and deposit. There are currently no more homes available for purchase.

The 40 homes are currently under construction and will be completed in September 2022. For those who were not selected, you still have an opportunity to own a home in one of our upcoming 100% Workforce Housing projects: Kuikahi Village.

 

 

Alaula Builders believes that home ownership is attainable for all of our fellow Mauians, and thus are committed to providing high-quality, environmentally sensitive, 100% affordable communities.  

All Hale Kaiola sales application packages will be reviewed for completeness by the developer or its broker agents within one week of submittal. If your sales application package is determined to be incomplete or the information provided is insufficient in any manner, the sales application package will be returned within 24 hours of this determination. You may complete the missing information or documentation and resubmit up to the submittal deadline. If you do not submit a complete application to the satisfaction of the developer or its broker agents in a timely manner you may miss the opportunity to be eligible for the lottery and home selection and/or be eligible for the waitlist.

If you have already been pre-qualified with any mortgage company of your choice then Hale Kaiola will accept that pre-qualification letter.
